  1. That looks SOO good. Question though.. When I was with my friend shopping I noticed that there were two kinds of wrappers. What's the dif and which do you use?

  2. There are larger white ones and smaller brown ones.

I use the smaller brown ones. I don't like the gummy texture caused by the thickness of the white ones. Also, depending how tightly you squeeze, the major part can become slimy while the squeezed section doesn't fully cook.

The brown ones are nice and thin and cook easily all the way through without going mushy. They stay nice and noodley.

  3. Also, with the bigger white wrappers, it makes you want to put more filling inside. When you boil from frozen, sometimes the centers of the dumplings aren't fully cooked when you have a larger dumpling.

  4. That looks delicious. I ordered a pizza, got one free. Had more pizza than I knew what to do with and now I need to lie down. Should have read your blog a little earlier today!

  5. I enjoy pizza but unless I make it from scratch at home, I end up with severe stomach pain for 3 to 5 days.

I may picture blog that sometime as well.
